We carry out an individual assessment for every prospective resident. We won’t turn anyone away without a conversation first.

Advanced dementia with frequent exit-seeking or significantly agitated behaviour
Requires 24-hour nursing or specialist clinical intervention
Needs a locked or secure unit for safety
Complex mental health needs requiring specialist assessment
